Privacy & service information.

This website

This website is operated by Matthew Marnitz Universal, LLC. The personal website does not ask you to create an account or enter payment information here.

Contact, booking & payments

The contact form sends your name, reply address, and message to Matthew through the configured email delivery service. Please do not include payment details or sensitive session information. When you contact Matthew, the information you choose to share is used to respond to your inquiry and arrange services.

Booking links take you to Google Calendar. Payments take place through the payment provider specified for your session, including PayPal. These services process information under their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before submitting information.

Higher Mind text messaging

Higher Mind text messaging is operated by Matthew Marnitz Universal LLC at 877-899-0148. With your permission, we send service-related replies and appointment confirmations, scheduling changes and reminders. Message frequency depends on your conversations and appointments. Your mobile provider may charge for messages and data. Texting is optional and is not required to book or purchase a service.

To stop texts, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us through the contact page. After an opt-out, we may send one confirmation that texting has stopped.

For this service, we collect your mobile number, messages, relevant appointment details and a record of your permission and opt-out choices. We use these to respond, manage appointments and respect your messaging preferences. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent records, or share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or their independent use. Providers that help us deliver and support messages may process necessary information solely to perform those services for us.

Starting a conversation by text allows us to respond to that inquiry. We ask separately before sending appointment notices or reminders. Providing a phone number when booking or agreeing to email reminders does not by itself authorize appointment texts.

Newsletter

Newsletter signup opens Matthew’s Mailchimp page. If you subscribe there, Mailchimp processes the information you provide under its privacy terms. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.

Website technology

This website uses first-party aggregate analytics to understand page views, approximate visits, referring website domain names, device categories, and clicks to booking and newsletter services. No advertising trackers or embedded social feeds are included. A timestamp in your browser’s session storage groups activity into visits after 30 minutes of inactivity; it is not a visitor identifier. Analytics records contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referral URLs, or URL query strings. Aggregate daily records are retained for up to 400 days. Measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Signed-in staff and private administration pages are excluded. Fonts and core photographs are served with the website. Article images and the optional homepage video may load from their configured hosts. QHHT thumbnail images load from YouTube. The video players load only after you choose to play them. Hosting providers may process basic request information to deliver and protect the site.

Spiritual services

QHHT, HMCM, and coaching are offered for spiritual exploration and personal growth. Matthew is not a licensed psychologist or healthcare professional. Services and website content do not replace medical care, psychological counseling, or other professional advice. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
